Woke up pretty tired but was nice to wake up to a motivated group of people sharing there weightloss tips for the day. My support work might be coming round. I really want to harm so badly. I also want to try my best to go to the gym today. I need to start getting back on track. I need to loose the weight, and if I can get down to the next stone by the new year I will be so pleased.
