Weight

I’m back on track.

I’ve decided I want to start making more of an active choice to work harder to loose weight. I haven’t been trying and my weight has been stable but I really need to start loosing again. I’m going to start doing more steps a day, conscious effort to drink more water, start going to the gym, going for walks, which will get me out the house and get me moving, I’m going to religiously keep a diary of my food and drink intake, just generally move more.
