Weight gain

I can tell I’ve gained weight the scales say so and my clothes are tight. I feel so fat and ugly, I need to try and loose as much weight as possible. I need to be thin. I’m going to be really strict and make sure I exercise loads and eat less than I burn off. I’m also going to try to go to the gym as much as possible. I’m going to try to get out of the house at least once everyday. I need this motivation and I need to keep going!
