70 day weight loss challenge, 

Okay today marks the 70 days I’ve got to loose weight. I’m currently at a high weight and I’m aiming to loose 28lbs / 2 stone. 

My plan is…

  • Lots of water,
  • Minimum of 40 minutes on the exercise bike,
  • 8000 steps minimum,
  • Exercise at every opportunity,
  • Go to the gym,
  • Eat less, but healthier foods, 
  • Believe and trust in yourself. Keep pushing. 

I can do this. I will update at 60 days left, and tell you how much I’ve lost. On 26th February I will update.
