Okay today marks the 70 days I’ve got to loose weight. I’m currently at a high weight and I’m aiming to loose 28lbs / 2 stone.
My plan is…
- Lots of water,
- Minimum of 40 minutes on the exercise bike,
- 8000 steps minimum,
- Exercise at every opportunity,
- Go to the gym,
- Eat less, but healthier foods,
- Believe and trust in yourself. Keep pushing.
I can do this. I will update at 60 days left, and tell you how much I’ve lost. On 26th February I will update.
