Mental health

Feeling so over whelmed. 

I don’t know how I feel or how to cope with my feelings. I feel like there is so much going on in my head that I’m unable to relax or think calmly. 

I have a lot on my to do list tomorrow and I’ve got therapy, I’m also going to try and speak to my care co-ordinator and gp. As I’ve got some things I want to think through. 

I’m really really anxious.
